Need a different size/color?
Exchanges are not available at dahong.com.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.
You'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.
Once your returned item has been processed at our warehouse, you'll receive either a full refund or Dahong credits.
Depending on your preference: refund in the form of a Dahong credit OR refund to your original form of payment(PayPal) less a $4.99 USD handling & processing fee.
