Our Customer Service is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, Korean Standard Time. (closed on weekends and national holidays)
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise in original saleable condition.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order's shipping date.
After our Quality Control examines the returned merchandise, we will refund you though your Credits or PayPal account.
Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method(Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If you no longer have the invoice, you may print a copy from the My Account area of dahong.com.
The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as dahong.com is not responsible for lost return packages.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Please don't ship the parcel via express shipping, if it generates customs fee, we won't take any responsibility.
Qualify for a Return
· Merchandise must not be worn(without the smell of perfume), altered, or washed. · Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. · Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. · Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. · If you received damaged products please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. · If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded to your original payment method(Paypal).
Return Address will be provided by Customer Service via email.
Please don’t use the shipping address on the package, because our return storehouse is in a different location in South Korea.
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise?
Tights, socks, swimsuits, accessories as jewelry, sunglasses and so on cannot be returned.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.
*Please contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return. After receiving an Return address, you may proceed to return your items for a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
As to free shipping merchandise, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Only when the return is attributed to our mistake (such as sending incorrect item, size, or color), we will assume the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution.
